I am offering this this very high-grade Marlin 1893 Deluxe rifle. Caliber 25-36, Serial # 258480, made in 1902, barrel 26 inches, half round- half octagon. Stock is original varnished walnut. Receiver tang site, bore excellent condition, receiver-lever-hammer-crescent but plate all case colored. This amazing rifle is all original not re-finished it is truly a collector grade rifle. This 1893 Marlin was the first smokeless powder rifle that Marlin made. It is rare to find a deluxe grade 1893. Then to find one in this all-original condition is rare. The wood on this rifle is 98-99% condition and the metal is also 99% condition. To find another 1893 deluxe in this original condition would be very hard to do. Check closely the pictures speak for themselves.

Return Policy: All firearms come with a 3 day non firing, no tinkering with (turning screws, taking apart, removing parts, scoping, firing, cleaning or altering in any way)
The firearm may be returned for any reason, buy the buyer must notify the seller within three (3) calendar day inspection period.
The buyer must start the return within the next four (4) calendar days to receive a complete refund, less all shipping, transaction fees and FFL charges. On a return, the buyer must not remove the firearm from the FFL premises without approval of the seller. Once the firearm has been received by the seller and inspected, a prompt refund will be issued. Shipping must start within one week of receipt of the item. The return shipping must be of equal shipping level, including insurance. The return item MUST be in the same condition as when shipped to the buyer. This is an inspection period only, a gun is not to be fired or disassembled. Sellers written permission is required to allow the buyer to take down a takedown model during the inspection period. Upon the receipt and inspection of the returned gun, the seller agrees to issue a prompt refund.
