Winchester 21, 16 GA. Factory 2 Barrel Set.
Both barrels are 26".
First set is choked WS-1.005", Bore 0.768" & WS-2.008", Bore 0.768"
Second set is choked MOD. 0.010", 0.768" Bore and FULL 0.028", Bore 0.767"
Original bluing on barrels with no dings or dents. Hard to even find a handling mark. Bores are bright and shinny with no pits. Action locks up tight and solid even with the forearm off. Barrels have a beautiful, long-lasting ring to them. Lever is right pround of center. According to seller, gun has been in one famliy from new, and gun was sent back to Winchester by the seller's father on June 13, 1946 to upgrade the wood. The serial number under the trigger guard is evidence of this upgrade as only Winchester uses that tyle test. Obviously, the wood is not standard as stated in data sheet. 14" Length of pull. 2 1/2" Drop at heel. 1 9/16" Drop at comb. Small repair in wood on right side of forearm at top middle. Other than that, the stock is in find condition with a couple minior handling marks. Winchester leather case is in fine working order, complete inside and solid on the outside with some handling marks. Very nice old timer than hasn't been in the public eye since 1941.
