Don't miss this opportunity to own this fine rifle made by one of the world's most well known and respected gun makers J Roberts and Son of London. Joseph Roberts started the company and was later joined by his son Paul who is still active in the company today. The history of fine English gun making could not be told without the many contributions the Roberts have made.
Available is this fine example of their wonderful craftsmanship. A beautiful bolt action rifle chambered in the classic 416 Rigby. It has a 23.5 inch barrel and a 14.25 inch LOP. It's magazine capacity is 4+1. There is 1 standing leaf regulated to 65 yards and 2 folding leaves for 100 and 200 yards. Extremely smooth action and a crisp trigger. Gold inlays on the bottom drop plate and trigger guard for caliber and serial number. Overall condition is very good with only a few handling marks. Bore is in excellent condition.
