This pistol is in excellent condition. The serial number indicates it was made in 1979 ~ some searches put it between 1977 & 1979.
The finish is in near perfect condition, the grips are in excellent shape with strong checkering, the bore is clean and the action is tight. There is slight wear on the barrel under the slide from normal racking. The magazine release is tight, magazine needs assistance when removing, it doesn‚t just drop out. Includes original box (box has some damage).

The right side of the frame is marked “COLT’S PT. F.A. MFG. CO. HARTFORD, CONN. U.S.A." and “CLW044665". The barrel at the port is marked “COLT .45 AUTO". The left-rear of the trigger guard is marked with “V" in a \"V\", the left-front “U". The right front of the trigger guard is marked “P".
Stock Configuration and Condition: The grips are two-piece checkered wood panels with gold-colored Colt medallions. The panels are free of any notable wear or damage. The checkering is sharp. There are no chips or cracks. Overall, the grips are in Excellent condition.
