A Very Early 1800's & Large "ROGERS & BROTHERS" Kentucky Style Flintlock Pistol With Tiger Striped Stock In Very Fine Untouched Condition. All original and complete. The pistol has nice metal & engraving on the lock and hammer. Marked on the lock "ROGERS &/BROTHERS/WARRANTED". It has an early gooseneck hammer on it. The trigger guard, nose cap, and ramrod finial are also iron. The large heavy brass octagon barrel is in fine condition with a wonderful mellow color to it. It has a rifled barrel in it. The heavy stripped wood is fine throughout with a great grain and color to it. The bore is 1/2 inch in diameter. The ramrod is nice throughout. This Is A Very Finely Made Example Of A Very Early & Large 1800's "ROGERS & BROTHERS" Kentucky Style Flintlock Pistol With A Tiger Striped Stock In Very Fine Untouched Condition. Fine & Early Kentucky Flintlock Pistols Like This Are Very Hard to Come By!
