Description:
This is an early Canadian C1 Bayonet and Scabbard manufactured in 1959 by Canadian Arsenals Ltd., Long Branch, Ontario. Crosspiece (face) marked "C1" with no NATO stock number and the ricasso "small A inside a large C 1959" The 8" blade is in very good condition with a tiny dent on the tip. The guard, handle and pommel are in very good condition with the large catch release. This comes with a correct good condition scabbard that has faded and shows signs of use. These don’t come up that often so add this to your collection.;
