Description:
The Sig Sauer P250 Compact chambered in .45 Auto is a hammer-fired, modular semi-automatic pistol designed for law enforcement and civilian self-defense. Introduced in 2008, it is defined by its Double-Action Only (DAO) trigger system, which provides a consistent, smooth 5.5 to 6.5 lb pull for every shot, intended to mimic the simplicity and safety of a double-action revolver. This "Compact" configuration balances a shorter barrel with a mid-sized frame, making it suitable for both concealed carry and home defense. To ensure instant readiness, the P250 relies on its long DAO trigger pull and an internal firing pin safety rather than a manual lever. While the P250 was discontinued by Sig Sauer around 2017, it remains valued on the used market. .45 Auto
