Offered up for sale is a Remington Model 700 Mountain Rifle in the rare 257 roberts. It has 22 inch thin mtn profile barrel with hinged floor plate. Leupold bases and standard rings included. These rifles were made on a short action.The rifle is in very good overall shape for its age. No loss of bluing but does show some light finish wear and handling marks in the stock. No gouges, cracks, or missing wood in the stock. Limited production run of this hard to find caliber in the mtn rifle, made in 1991.
