Description:
The J.P. Sauer & Sohn Silver City Marshal is a German made, single action rimfire revolver produced in the 1960s and 1970s. Primarily imported by the Hawes Firearms Company, it was part of a series of "Marshal" models designed as affordable clones of the classic Colt Single Action Army (SAA) to capitalize on the popularity of Western films. The "Silver City" variant is characterized by its striking multi-tone finish, featuring a nickel-plated frame, blued barrel and cylinder, and a gold-plated trigger guard and backstrap. Unlike many smaller rimfire revolvers, the Sauer & Sohn Western/Silver City Marshal is built on a full-size frame nearly identical in scale to a standard .45 caliber SAA, giving it a substantial, heavy feel in the hand. .22 Long Rifle
