Description:
The Marlin Ballard No. 3 Gallery Rifle is a classic single-shot, falling-block target rifle manufactured by the Marlin Firearms Company between roughly 1876 and 1891. Designed specifically for "gallery" or indoor target shooting, it was chambered in small rimfire calibers, most commonly .22 Short and .22 Long. This model is in very good condition. The serial number is 17877, and along with the J.M. Marlin stamp, indicates that it was manufactured between 1878 and 1880. .22 Long
