The Browning A5 Sweet Sixteen, produced in 2024, is a modern revival of one of the most iconic shotgun designs ever made, blending the unmistakable “humpback” profile with advanced performance features. Chambered in 16 gauge (2.75"), this lightweight semi-auto utilizes Browning’s Kinematic Drive (inertia-operated system), delivering reliable cycling with reduced maintenance and clean operation. The 26" barrel is fitted with the Invector-DS choke system (IC, Modified, and Full included), making it highly versatile for upland hunting, clays, or general field use.
Weighing just 4 lb 12 oz, the Sweet Sixteen lives up to its name—extremely light, fast-handling, and well-balanced thanks to Browning’s Ergo Balanced design. The shotgun features a ventilated rib with white mid-bead and red fiber optic front sight for quick target acquisition, along with a gloss walnut stock that maintains the classic aesthetic. Length of pull is 14.25", with included spacers allowing for easy adjustment to fit the shooter.
