Description:
The Heckler & Koch VP9 is a 9mm Luger, striker-fired semi-automatic pistol known for its exceptional ergonomics and high-quality factory trigger. While often referred to as having a 4-inch barrel, the standard model specifically features a 4.09-inch cold hammer-forged barrel with polygonal rifling, which enhances muzzle velocity and extends service life. Patented "ears" at the rear of the slide provide extra leverage for easier racking, especially for users with lower hand strength. The barrel uses a polygonal profile instead of traditional lands-and-grooves, which helps seal propellant gases for increased velocity and reduced wear.
