Right off the workbench of John M. Browning, the SA-22 is compact and its takedown feature is great for transportation and storage. The SA-22 is unlike any other rimfire rifle on the market, that's because the history of this fine rifle can be traced back to the skills of the master gunmaker himself, John M. Browning. Lightweight, balanced, nimble, and easy to carry, the SA-22 is easy to load and shoot. Construction quality and materials are top notch to ensure longevity and lasting beauty. The fine walnut stock is sharply checkered and polished to a glossy sheen. Perhaps the most interesting feature is the ability to take the rifle down into two parts — the buttstock and receiver and the forearm and barrel — for storage or to simplify cleaning. This example comes with it's original box. Receiver shows some pitting on the top but the rifle is in really nice shape overall. A Browning classic. .22 Long Rifle
