Description:
Smith & Wesson Model 686 no-dash revolver chambered in .357 Magnum with a 4" barrel and stainless finish. Early production example (circa mid-1980s) with “M” stamp indicating factory update has been completed. Marked “Fayette CO. S.D.” denoting Fayette County Sheriff’s Department issue, giving the revolver authentic law enforcement history.
Overall condition is good with honest duty wear consistent with service use. Finish shows light holster wear but remains presentable. Lockup has slight play, not excessive, and the revolver functions properly with good timing. Bore is clean.
Six-shot DA/SA revolver chambered for .357 Magnum and .38 Special. Solid shooter with character—well-suited for range use, carry, or as a police-marked S&W collectible. Priced appropriately for condition and marking.
