Created with hand-selected features by John Lovell of Warrior Poet Society, the MR920 War Poet performs at the highest level for those who spare no expense in pursuit of the best. It‚s built atop the same frame as all Shadow Systems pistols, with wrap-around texturing that gives supreme control during periods of rapid fire without wearing uncomfortably against your body when concealed. Featuring 3 interchangeable backstraps, the MR920 can be tailored to the shooter‚s natural point of aim. And lastly, the gently extended and upswept beavertail prevents slide bite without being oversized and in the way of a truly rapid draw. Where the War Poet model really stands out is the slide: aggressively angled serrations in front, rear, and topside, paired with a weight-balancing window cut that reduces reciprocating mass. All War Poet Series pistols come equipped with the patented multi-footprint optics cut, allowing for direct mount of most major optics brands with the longest and strongest screws in the industry. It also comes equipped with a tritium luminescent front sight and steel blackout rear sight for low-light targeting. Rated for +P ammo. Internals include a carbon steel guide rod and drop-safe polymer trigger that breaks at 4.5–5 lbs.
