Description:
This is a Winchester Model 62 pump 22 rifle. Unlike a Gallery Gun, this one handles Short, Long and Long Rifle 22 cartridges. It was some bluing loss on the receiver, but is in very good condition for its age. It was manufactured in the last year for thre 62A; 1958. This one is equipped with a unique Dockendorf target sight. It is hooded, with a center dot on a horizontal crosshair. These sights sell for $125 to $169 on the used market. It makes for much more precise aiming than the usual buckhorn.
