Springfield Armory M1 Garand four digit SN: 2985 (8/1938).
Your FFL licensee needs to accept shipment from a non-FFL licensee. Item insured and shipped in new hard case. Returns to be insured and shipped in original hard case.
Purchased receiver from CMP 8/2007. Had local gunsmith build the rifle as you see it. Barrel (S-A 1-52) was from another M1 I
had rebarreled by Springfield, Inc., Geneseo, IL. Stock looks a little dry. So-so accuracy. Headspace, closes on GO and NOGO but does
not close on FIELD.
