Description:
The Glock 19 Gen 5 is a later evolution of the world's most popular "compact" 9mm pistol, widely regarded as the gold standard for versatility. Balancing a 15-round capacity with a frame small enough for concealed carry and large enough for duty use, the Gen 5 update introduces over 20 design changes from its predecessor. Glock Marksman Barrel (GMB) features enhanced polygonal rifling and a crown designed to improve accuracy over previous generations. The grip returns to a flat front, allowing shooters with various hand sizes to achieve a more comfortable and consistent purchase. Ambidextrous Slide Stop allows for easier manipulation of the slide for both left- and right-handed shooters. The Finish is a "Diamond-Like Carbon" surface treatment exclusive to Gen 5 models that provides superior protection against corrosion and scratches. The bottom of the grip is slightly flared to assist in faster, more intuitive magazine changes under stress.
