"Serial no. 2926. Manufactured circa 1949 by Fabrique Nationale, chambered in 7x57mm,24 ½"" round barrel. The bore is bright and shiny with strong, well-defined rifling noted throughout. Serial numbers are matching. The rifle remains in overall excellent condition with a clean, well-preserved appearance. Venezuelan contract FN-49 rifles are among the more desirable variants, chambered in the classic 7x57 cartridge and reflecting FN’s high level of post-war craftsmanship. The action is smooth, mechanically sound, and functions correctly.
