As the title states, this os a new McMillan M40A1 Reissue Smear stock.
If you are looking at this ad, you probably know something about these stocks. If not, her is a brief rundown:
Mcmillan made the stocks for the USMC's M40A1 sniper rifles when they transitioned from the wood-stocked M40. The color scheme you see here is known as "The Smear" pattern. It was the first pattern used on the A1 stock.
McMillan has been releasing a VERY limited number of these stocks as special runs.
This is your chance to own one without the wait.
The stock is inletted for the M40 contour barrel, M40A1 bottom metal and has a 13.5" LOP. It has been removed from the factory shipping material only for pictures.
