Description:
The National Ordnance 03-A3 is a bolt-action rifle chambered in .30-06 Springfield and fitted with a 24-inch barrel. It follows the M1903A3 pattern and is dated 8-43. The rifle features a hooded front post sight and a protected rear peep sight. The receiver shows a military-style finish that has developed a purple hue over time. The stock is a smooth wood pistol-grip configuration paired with a black plastic upper handguard, consistent with later 03-A3 assembly characteristics.
