Description:
This Bill Bagwell Bowie was especially made for Mr. Jeffrey A. Harris, Board of Director Member at the ABS on June 8, 1986 when Bill was residing in Marietta, Texas. The sleek constructed combat Bowie has an 10-inches by 1-1/4-inches width, top sharpened citting edge for back-cut purposes, mounted with a double brass guard, selected India Sambar stag handle with brass pins. This is a very fast-lighting quick in the hand of a defensive weapon to accomodate the needs of Mr. Harris who desired such combat model-it is! Provenance letter included with the knife dated June 8, 1986. Original leather sheath. Blade is stamped BAGWELL MS for Master Smith. Condition is mint as are all the knives I'm selling. In 48 + years of collecting Bagwell's I can thruthfully states that this is by far the sharpest Bagwell's I'v ever own or seen.
