Description:
24 inch octagon barrel chambered in 22 Long caliber with a good bore. Original sights include a blade front and 1901 marked rear. Barrel and magazine tube retain most all thinning original blue with a few small spots of oxidation. Receiver retains most all original blue. Hammer has a hint of case color. Grooved walnut forend pump handle and walnut stock are in good condition with a few light handling mars. Crescent steel rifle buttplate. Crisp functioning action. About 849,000 of the Model 1890's were made between 1890-1932 and this one was made in 1909. This one is a Third Model Takedown Frame with Blued finish.
