Description:
Pre-owned Winchester Model 42, .410 bore in excellent condition. Known as "Everybody's sweetheart", this Model 42 Pigeon Grade was produced between 1933 and 1963 to be an almost scaled down version of the model 12. The first pump shotgun produced for the .410, it is known for its smooth operation, light weight, and low recoil shooting, making it a popular choice for collectors and shooters alike. This shotgun was produced in 1938, and features engravings on both sides of the metal frame that depict hunting scenes, and a pigeon on the underside of the magazine tube. This model 42 is in excellent condition all around with very little signs of wear and no major damage anywhere.
