I am offering this standard grade model 70 Winchester. Caliber 257 Roberts, Serial # 46877, made in 1942, 24-inch barrel, Lyman receiver site. This model 70 is a shooter grade rifle the rifle has a fair amount of usage but seems to be in good operating condition. The metal has some faded bluey and the stock has a chip around the floor plate area but I don’t think it will affect the function of the rifle. This pre-war rifle still has a lot of life in it. The bore is clean and shiny bright. I would say overall the condition of this rifle is about 90 %. Also, the receiver site is a real nice add on. Look closely at the pictures they speak for themselves.

The firearm may be returned for any reason, buy the buyer must notify the seller within three (3) calendar day inspection period.
The buyer must start the return within the next four (4) calendar days to receive a complete refund, less all shipping, transaction fees and FFL charges. On a return, the buyer must not remove the firearm from the FFL premises without approval of the seller. Once the firearm has been received by the seller and inspected, a prompt refund will be issued. Shipping must start within one week of receipt of the item. The return shipping must be of equal shipping level, including insurance. The return item MUST be in the same condition as when shipped to the buyer. This is an inspection period only, a gun is not to be fired or disassembled. Sellers written permission is required to allow the buyer to take down a takedown model during the inspection period. Upon the receipt and inspection of the returned gun, the seller agrees to issue a prompt refund.
