Description:
The Model 1955 became known as the Model 25 when Smith normalized their naming convention. This one is one of the earlier ones. Its lineage started with the Model 1917 which was a "stop-gap" pistol to augment the weapons production of WWI. Essentially a hand ejector chambered in .45 ACP. They proved very popular among target shooters, and this one is set up to go to the target line and run up big scores. It has a 6-1/2 inch barrel, target sights, target trigger, target hammer, and target grips. It is in great condition. Sure to be a favorite. .45 Auto
