Springfield Armory M1A 50th Anniversary Rifle chambered in .308 Winchester. This is a limited-edition, collector-grade semi-automatic rifle commemorating 50 years of Springfield Armory's M1A production, with only 1,974 units made. This rifle commemorates Springfield Armory's half-century of crafting the iconic M1A, a civilian semi-automatic recreation of the M14 battle rifle. This limited edition honors the original 1974 launch and is designed for collectors and enthusiasts who value historical significance combined with modern craftsmanship. It features a 22-inch National Match carbon steel barrel with six right-handed grooves, 1:11" twist, integrated flash suppressor, and bayonet lug. It has a Hand-selected walnut with an embedded 50th Anniversary Crossed Cannon medallion. Other features include a Two-stage precision-tuned match trigger breaking cleanly between 4.5–5 lbs, Match-grade non-hooded rear sight with .052" aperture, ½-MOA windage adjustments, and 1-MOA elevation increments; National Match .062" protected blade front sight, and a Custom-engraved "1 of 1974" Operating Rod. It includes a Hand-built display crate made of Eastern white pine. Included is 1 mag. .308 Winchester
