Description:
The Forehand Arms top-break revolver is chambered in .38 S&W and configured as a five-shot double-action handgun. It features a 3.25-inch barrel with fixed sights and a nickel finish. The revolver uses the classic top-break design common to late 19th-century Forehand & Wadsworth patterns, with black checkered hard rubber grips fitted to the frame. The serial number marked on this example is 13744.

This revolver is used and exhibits age-consistent handling wear. The right-side grip panel has a chip at the lower edge. The bore condition is described as good, showing visible rifling and shine. The mechanical action has been noted to function properly, operating in double-action mode as designed. Overall, the revolver retains its period configuration and finish typical of Forehand Arms production during the antique era.

No accessories or additional components are included beyond the revolver itself. The piece remains in its original layout with fixed sights and factory-style grips. All markings and serial number are present, and no modifications are indicated. This Forehand Arms top-break revolver represents an antique firearm in used condition with its original nickel finish and intact mechanical operation.
