This is a Marlin 80-DL bolt action 22 caliber rifle with a 24\" barrel. This rifle is missing both front and rear sights. Also, there is a significant chip in the butt stock and the butt plate. The stock has drip lines as if some cleaner was left too long and ran down the finish. The barrel has turned a grey color.
The Marlin Model 80-DL is a \"Deluxe\" variation of the classic Model 80 bolt-action rimfire rifle. It was manufactured primarily between 1941 and 1964.
