Here Ancestry Guns presents a C&R Smith & Wesson .32 S&W Hand Ejector Model of 1903 Fifth Change Revolver manufactured during its production run between 1910 and 1917 in Springfield, Massachusetts.
The “Hand Ejector” models were the first time S&W made a revolver with a swing-out cylinder. This revolver is chambered for .32 S&W Long cartridges, has a 6-shot fluted cylinder a 3-1/4” barrel. This would have been a great piece for civilian concealed carry or a backup gun for law enforcement.
The overall condition is fine. Original blue finish and case colors. The action is excellent in double and single action modes. The bore is shiny bright with sharp rifling. The grips are solid. Numbers match.
