This is a Remington Model 37 Bolt Action Mag Fed Target Rifle chambered in 22LR
The barrel is 26 inches long with a perfect bore. One correct Factory Mag is installed in the rifle.
The blue is near perfect with a couple, one little gun rack type mark on the barrel.
It has a complete set of Redfield Target Peep Sights installed, Front and Rear.
The stock is near perfect, one small spot on the stock where the gloss is a bit dull, no cracks or dings. Factory Checkered Metal Butt Plate, usually long gone, this one is still here!
The length of pull is 13.5 inches.
Manufacture date is unknown as code is not listed on the Remington site, must be at least 60 years old. None were made after 1957, so this one is C&R. This was the predecessor to the 40X and now very hard to find, it was replaced by the 40X Single Shot
This rifle would make a great addition to any firearms collection.
