Description:
Serial #139176, 9mm Parabellum, 5 inch barrel with a bright, excellent bore. This is a West German P38 pistol manufactured by Walther and imported by Interarms with a slide date of July 1961 having the appropriate German proofs and canceled Police proof. The barrel, slide and frame show light to moderate use marks with perhaps 80-85% original finishes. The original grips show comparable wear numerous scratches and flattening of the points. It comes in an original leather West German holster with two Walther banner marked magazines with dates of "6/61" and "11/63". A nice example of the Interarms imported Post War Walther P38's.
