Description:
The Marlin Model 883 is a bolt-action rifle chambered in .22 Winchester Magnum Rimfire (WMR). It features a 22-inch JM-stamped Micro-Groove barrel and a tubular magazine feed system. The rifle is configured with a blued metal finish and a hardwood stock that includes diamond checkering at the pistol grip. A factory Marlin Cowboy hard rubber recoil pad is fitted to the buttstock. The receiver carries the standard bolt handle and safety arrangement typical of this model.
The rear sight is adjustable, while the front sight is not present. The bore condition is described as excellent, showing strong rifling and a bright interior. The action cycles manually through the bolt mechanism and retains the original configuration for the model. The stock has the factory target emblem inset, and the overall configuration reflects the standard production layout for the 883 series.
This rifle is used. Serial number 09496469 is present on the receiver. No additional accessories or packaging are specified. The firearm remains in its original tube-fed layout with the noted Micro-Groove barrel and wood stock components intact.
