Scarce 5" Colt Pre-War Official Police chambered in 38 Special with a factory original nickel finish. The serial number dates production to 1935. This is an all original gun. A great majority of the nickel finish still retains a deep shine and shows minimal handling/wear. Overall the finish rates 95%.The action is crisp, lock up is tight, and the bore is clean with strong lands and grooves. The factory Walnut grips are excellent with sharp checkering throughout. A Colt Archive Letter is included. The original Colt box is in very good condition, but please note the box and test target are both serial numbered to another gun. Price includes free shipping CONUS.
