Description:
For your consideration, the Mauser AG (S/42) P.08 semi-auto pistol chambered in 9mm. The P.08 produced from 1898 through 1949 by multiple manufacturers in mainly 7.65x21 or 9x19. This model was produced in 1938 by Mauser (S/42) which was 1939 or later, making this one very early as far as the S/42 stamping. Barrel marked 8.82 and has the Waffenamt Eagle over 63 which is Mauser, the second Waffenamt is hard to decipher. Matching serials, except for the magazine. 9mm Luger
