Description:
The Winchester Model 94 lever-action rifle is chambered in .30-30 Winchester and features the flat band configuration produced prior to 1964. This example has a 20-inch barrel and was manufactured in 1948. It carries a blued finish on the metal components and is fitted with a smooth wood straight-grip stock and matching forearm. The rifle uses the traditional lever-action mechanism associated with the Model 94 design and includes an adjustable rear sight for elevation control.
This Model 94 is used. The bore condition is described as excellent, showing strong rifling and a reflective interior surface. The action operates through the standard Winchester lever system. The rifle retains its factory checkered metal butt plate and overall layout consistent with mid-century production of the flat band variant. The serial number is 1496235, confirming manufacture within the 1948 production year range.
Included on the rifle are the installed wood furniture pieces, the adjustable rear sight, and the original butt plate. No additional accessories or packaging are specified. The firearm qualifies under Curio & Relic (C&R) designation based on its production date and configuration.
