Description:
The Lee-Enfield No. 4 Mk I manufactured at Long Branch (Ontario, Canada) is a World War II-era bolt-action rifle renowned for its reliability and smooth action. It served as the primary battle rifle for Canadian and British troops during the war and into the Korean conflict. The Long Branch Connection Production Hub: Manufactured at the Long Branch Arsenal in Toronto, which began producing these rifles around 1941. Quality Reputation: Long Branch rifles are often considered by collectors to be among the best-built of the No. 4 series due to high manufacturing standards. Total Output: Millions were produced, but early "Mk I" (non-asterisk) Long Branch rifles are relatively rare, as most production quickly switched to the simplified "Mk I*" .303 British
