Description:
The Para-Ordnance P13.45 is a high-capacity, semi-automatic pistol based on the M1911 design. Introduced in 1994, it was revolutionary for combining a 4.25-inch "Commander-length" barrel with a double-stack frame, allowing for significantly higher ammunition capacity than traditional single-stack 1911s. While standard 1911s typically hold 7 or 8 rounds, the P13.45 utilizes a wider grip to accommodate 10 rounds in a staggered magazine. Despite the increased capacity, Para-Ordnance designed the grip to retain much of the original 1911 ergonomics. .45 Auto
