Description:
For your consideration, a Colt Single Action Army chambered in .45 Colt. This piece was presented to Colt Historian Emeritus, Marty Huber by the Superintendent of the Colt Custom Shop, James Alaimo upon the occasion of the former's 1993 retirement commemorating his 57-year career with Colt. Overall a gorgeous piece with Full Royal Blue finish, gold accent bands, and scrimshawed monogram grips. Engraving consists of type "B" Helfricht, ".45 Cal" on the left frame, "57 Years Service" on the left barrel, Mr. Huber's signature on the rear grip strap, and the date of Mr. Huber's retirement on the butt. The cylinder shows very minimal turning marks. .45 Colt
