Description:
Springfield M1 Garand chambered in .30-06 Springfield. This example has a 24" barrel and a blade front sight with protective sides, adjustable "DRC" aperture rear sight, SA bolt "D28287-2SA / RE2", SA trigger housing "D28290-14-SA", "SA-11 safety, "C46008-2 SA" hammer, milled trigger guard marked "C-46025-1-SA", and the op rod is marked "035382-6 SA". The gas cylinder is a beveled gas lock with a gas cylinder lock screw marked "P / hexagon" for "The Elastic Stop Nut Corp" a post WWII conversion. The GI stock set is a smooth 3 piece pistol grip hardwood buttstock with the circle "P" cartouche on the inside of the pistol grip. The barrel is an unmarked replacement barrel in the white. The receiver is stamped "US RIFLE - CAL .30M1 - SPRINGFIELD ARMORY - 315486. Comes with a leather and no en block clips. .30-06 Springfield

Metal Condition: "The frame shows various stages of finish wear. The butt plate, gas tube, and font sight have been refinished ""paint"".
Wood Condition: The GI stock is in overall good condition with a few minor dings. The handguards have a different color than the stock and the front handguard is cracked "see pictures".
Bore Condition: The bore is bright with well-defined strong rifling.
Barrels: 24" replacement barrel.
Triggers: Single trigger.
Stock Dimensions:
LOP 13".
Fore End: Smooth walnut.
