Description:
The Marlin 336A is a lever-action rifle chambered in .32 Winchester Special. It features a 24-inch JM-stamped Micro-Groove barrel and a blued metal finish. The rifle uses Marlin’s traditional lever mechanism and is configured with a smooth wood pistol-grip stock and matching forearm. The buttplate is a factory black checkered Marlin type, consistent with standard 336A production details. The rifle bears serial number F22970.
The barrel’s bore condition is described as very good, with strong rifling and reflective interior surfaces. The action operates through the classic Marlin lever design, and the rifle is equipped with an adjustable rear sight. The blued finish shows typical characteristics of Marlin’s steel components, complementing the wood furniture for a balanced appearance. This 336A is used.
