A finely preserved and beautifully made Holland & Holland No. 2 Ejector SxS 12 Gauge, manufactured in 1914 and featuring hand-detachable sidelocks, a treble-grip action with hidden third bite, and gold-inlaid cocking indicators. Built with 29 7/8" nitro proofed barrels, engine-turned matte rib, and lightly visible barrel address:"HOLLAND & HOLLAND. 98. NEW BOND STREET. LONDON."Both barrels measure approx. Full choke, with 2 ¾" chambers, and a gold-inlaid SAFE marking on the automatic safety. The fine acanthus scroll engraving remains sharp, with faint traces of original case color still visible. Stocked in figured walnut with a traditional straight-hand grip.
