Factory hooded front sight and rear flip-up leaf sight.
The matte black finished receiver is factory drilled and tapped for an optic rail and marked “Winchester” on the left side. Standard barrel and receiver markings are present, including the desirable “WP” proof marks at the breech.
The bolt action is exceptionally smooth, featuring the traditional safety on the rear of the bolt shroud. The bolt handle retains excellent bluing. Excellent Bore. The metal components rate as 98%+ condition overall.
The excellent Monte Carlo style hardwood stock features checkered forearm and pistol grip panels, a smooth finish, red rubber Winchester recoil pad, and two sling swivel rings. The stock remains in has some handling marks, but is in very good to excellent shape overall.
Overall, this rifle is in excellent condition and represents a rare opportunity to own a true American classic—ideal for both collectors and serious hunters.
