"Serial no. 1503572. Manufactured circa 1971 at Factory 306, chambered in 7.62x39mm,20 ½"" round barrel. The bore is bright and shiny with strong, well-defined rifling noted throughout. Serial numbers are matching. The rifle remains in overall excellent condition. The carbine is equipped with its spike bayonet and sling. Factory 306 production represents later Cold War era Chinese SKS manufacture, known for solid quality and consistency. The action is smooth, mechanically sound, and functions correctly. An excellent example that would be difficult to improve upon.
