LIKE NEW MODEL 63 WITH GROOVED RECEIVER, #173XXX, MADE 1958. Only at the end of production were grooved receivers for scope mounting introduced. This example was made the last year of production in 1958 and appears to have seen little to no use. The attractive walnut stock has better than average grain. It retains all the blue and simply looks like it did when it left the factory 68 years ago. Probably the classiest .22 auto rifle ever built. Unless one was found in the original box, this one would be hard to improve upon.
