Special order Freedom Arms Model 1997 Premier Grade .44 Special. Serial T0405 has a 3.5-inch barrel (special length, serrated blade front sight), adjustable rear sight, five-chambered cylinder (fluted), polished and jeweled hammer/trigger, tuned action, round butt and laminated grips. Weight is 2.2 pounds. The original box with correct end label and manual/warranty card (serialed) is included. ACCURACY: The serialed test target (five shots, 25 yards) is a big ragged hole measuring .505-inch center-to-center. CONDITION: The bore is outstanding. The cylinder rotates sans the slightest shudder and locks up without a hint of movement. Trigger pull is exceptionally crisp. Metal finish is well over 95 percent with modest rubbing. Grips are pristine. The price is firm and layaway is available. $3,850 plus shipping.
