Description:
The Browning Twelvette Double Auto shotgun is a two-shot short recoil semi auto shotgun. The Twelvette features an aluminum receiver. To load the Double Auto you insert the shell into the unique left side loading port and the shell is automatically lifted into the chamber. The lifter then drops and you insert the second shell through the loading port where it rest on the lifter until the first shot is fired. The Browning Twelvette and Double Auto have a cult like following. This shotgun would be a welcome addition to any collection. The Belgian Proof House date code on the barrel indicates this gun was proofed in 1955. 12 Gauge
