Description:
The Savage Foremost Model 687-OH (often listed as the 6870 or 6870-Series) is a vintage, budget-friendly pump-action shotgun. Much like the Remington Sportsman series, these were "store brand" or promotional versions of established designs—specifically the Savage/Stevens Model 67 platform—often sold through retailers like JCPenney or Montgomery Ward. Designed for 3-inch magnum shells, though it reliably cycles 2 3/4" shells as well. Carbon Steel Barrel & Blued Steel etched hunting scenes on the sides for a "deluxe" appearance despite its budget price point. 12 Gauge
