Make: Krieghoff, Made in West Germany. Model: KS-5 Special Under single barrel Trap Serial Number: 16661, barrel is serial matching. Year of Manufacture: 1996 Gauge: 12 Gauge, 2 ¾” Shells Action Type: Top-Break UN-single Shotgun with Single Trigger and Ejector. There is no safety. Barrel Length: 34” Choke: The barrel is threaded for Krieghoff chokes. The shogun includes 2 Krieghoff extended chokes marked K00, and K1+, Three Krieghoff #'s 2,3, & 4 4 chokes total. Sights / Optics: The barrel is fitted with a high post adjustable rib with a mid bead and fiber optic front sight. Stock Configuration & Condition: The furniture set on this shotgun includes a checkered walnut set with rounded profile forend and an ambi palm swelled, flared pommel, semi-pistol grip, Monte Carlo style stock with adjustable comb and rubber butt pad. The length of pull is 13.5”. The shotgun weighs 8lbs and 8OZ. The wood has minor handling marks on the left side of the stock. The butt pad is black rubber.. Overall the wood is in Very Good+ condition. Type of Finish: Blued / Plated Nickel Finish Originality: Original Bore Condition: The smooth bore is mirror bright with no erosion.. In this writer’s opinion the bore rates 9.75/10. Overall Condition: This shotgun retains about 98% of its metal finish. The barrel set has some rub wear from the forend. The. The barrel also has some small scattered marks. The markings are clear and the screw heads are sharp. Overall the shotgun is in Good+ condition. Mechanics: The action functions correctly. The barrels lock up to the receiver with no play. We have not fired this shotgun. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance standards. Box, Paperwork & Accessories: This shotgun includes the 4 chokes, allen wrench, tools, and Kreighoff luggage style case.
