Description:
The Remington Model 12-C is a classic pump-action (slide-action) rimfire rifle manufactured between 1909 and 1936. The "C" designation indicates the "Target" grade, which featured a longer, heavier barrel and a distinct stock style compared to the standard Model 12. A large thumb screw on the left side of the receiver allows the rifle to be easily separated into two halves for cleaning or transport. The Model 12-C "Target" was Remington's high-end rimfire of the era, designed to compete with Winchester's pump-action models. Its hammerless design gave it a sleek, modern profile for the early 20th century. Because it was produced until the mid-1930s, it was eventually replaced by the Remington Model 121 Fieldmaster. .22 Short/Long/Long Rifle
